Why are organization addresses not formatted correctly?

Answer

The Address Format is dependent on the selected country. If you do not choose a country, Autotask will use global default setting.

To configure your address formats, do the following:

  1. Navigate to Autotask menu > Admin > Features & Settings > Organizations & Contacts > Address Formats.
  2. Find the country the organization is located in, then click Edit Format.
  3. Make the desired changes and click Save.
  4. Make sure the correct country is selected in the organization record.

Any changes made here will affect all organizations associated with the address format.
