What is not stored in Performance Dashboards or Workbooks?
Answer
- If a queue is empty upon provisioning, the application will not pull the queue over
- If a resource is not in Autotask upon provisioning, the resource will not pull into the Dashboards later unless the books become re-provisioned
- If you remove a resource from your Autotask instance, the resource will remain in the dashboards until the books become re-provisioned
