Issue
Invoices are taking longer than 15 minutes to sync to QBO.
Cause
Invoice synchronization can take over an hour. The length of time depends on the load of the AppConnect system. Invoices syncing every 15 minutes is an absolute best case scenario, assuming no latency with Intuit's middleware infrastructure.
We want to prevent duplicate transactions, that have already been queued, from being sent. Invoices take about 20-30 seconds to process because validations are required and data is retrieved from both Autotask and QuickBooks.
Resolution
Unfortunately, there is little we can do about this currently because we don't have complete control of the middleware polling infrastructure. Typical performance for invoices to sync is between 30-60 minutes between polls, not 15.
